INTRODUCTION

DELTA Construction and Marine Services (DELTA) was established in late 2015 in Balanga Bataan. Early 2016, in partnership with Subic Drydock Corp and Herma Shipyard Inc, DELTA commenced its operations focusing on the repair and refurbishment of client vessels. The company also engaged in the consultancy and project management with a partner company in Papua New Guinea in overseeing the conversion of two (2) ABS Class Deck Barges into Accommodation Construction Barges. The partner company also engaged our services for fabrication works including Aids-to-Navigation (ATON) / Beacon Steel Towers, Steel Poles, Pump Skids, Modules and Tanks.

DELTA’s dedication and superior service has led to sought-after contracts from clients to build and enhance the reliability of their assets. Presently, the company continues to expand its interests into areas such as Civil Construction, Energy Projects and Design and Build projects.

    Company was established

    Our company was established in 2016 and initially functioned as a contractor in Subic Drydock Corporation, specializing in ship repair and shipbuilding. Our services encompassed design, structural, mechanical, and electrical work, as well as blasting and painting.

  • 2017

    DCAMS made a significant expansion move

    In 2017, DCAMS made a significant expansion move by getting into shipbuilding and ship repair at HERMA SHIPYARD INCORPORATED and SEATRIUM SHIPYARD, INC. SUBIC (FORMERLY KEPPEL SUBIC SHIPYARD INCORPORATED). This included the establishment of our site offices to render services for structural, mechanical, electrical, blasting, painting, and piping works.

    RUBICON OFFSHORE INTERNATIONAL PTE- LTD

    Building on our expertise and commitment to excellence, 2018 saw us being contracted to provide services for RUBICON OFFSHORE INTERNATIONAL PTE- LTD to render maintenance services for their Offshore Facilities in Southeast Asia. This includes structural, mechanical, electrical and spare parts supply.

    Utilized Website and Social Media Platform

    In 2019, we focused on enhancing our Marketing Strategy by launching a website and utilizing various Social Media Platforms to showcase our capabilities in ship design, mechanical, structural, piping, Oil and Gas/Offshore works, and Afloat repairs.
